We even dice our premium apricots, cherries and pecans by hand to make sure they’re the perfect “munchie” size. Then we glaze everything with a mouth-watering blend of organic maple syrup, pure honey, brown rice syrup and a touch of butter. And we slowly bake every batch to bring out our granola’s signature crunch.

Our Story

I am a clinical pharmacist by training so I am so fascinated by the chemistry of food. Food is very personal and I take great pride on how much love I put into each and every batch of granola. After all, you are what you eat!

It all started one foggy December day in San Francisco. I wanted the perfect homemade Christmas gift idea for my family and friends – something that would be totally, uniquely “me.” As opposed to, say, a pair of socks.

And I came up with…granola. Not just “any granola”, the perfect granola.

I mixed and measured and blended and baked and tasted and tested until I had concocted the most amazing granola ever – sweet and crunchy, nutty and wholesome. Then I packed it up and sent out my gifts. And waited. Would my homemade granola be a hit? Or should I have bought those socks instead?

No socks necessary. It wasn’t just a hit – it was a sensation.

Everyone loved my granola. The phone was ringing off the hook. When people I’d never even met started asking for their own batch, I knew it was time to share my creation with the rest of the world.

So here it is.

The granola you’re about to enjoy is the very same granola I baked that Christmas. Every batch is made the same way – with the finest, freshest, most wholesome ingredients, totally handcrafted and baked in small batches. I swear, you can taste the tender loving care in every crunch!
